Initiate acquisition strategic plan and deliver execution for seller acquisition for retail and fulfillment by Shopee
Understand market insights to determine industry and trend
Develop proposal to align provided services and merchants' requirement
Build and maintain relationships with merchants
Collaborate with cross functional team for new sellers onboarding
Negotiate commercial deals and term of contract to maximize profitability
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)
4-6 years of working experience in account management, seller acquisition, partnership relationships or purchasing
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and able to work and multitask in a fast pace environment
Fluent in Thai and proficiency in English
Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
