Job Purpose - Manage receipt, storage and issue of all construction materials, machineries, engineering materials, miscellaneous project materials as per standards of the company and adhering to in terms of quantity, quality, cost, safety and environmental aspects.Job Context & Major Challenges - Implementation of systems like GRN, store entry, stock reconciliation, quality check, storage, issue etc. and processes for safe and accurate receipt and issue stock keeping of project materials for greenfield projects.Principal Accountabilities -
Receipt, Storage and maintaining safe Stock of machineries and construction materials during project stage
Co-ordination with project teams and purchase teams for optimum stock level and storage space management
Physical Inventory Management: Accurate and safe storage of all project materials
Ensuring accurate, timely and safe receipt, storage and issue of raw materials by strong supervision on the floors. Upkeep of storage locations and implementing material movement guidelines and controls on day to day activities and operations.Functional knowledge and skills -
SAP
MS office (should be very good at MS Excel)
Business and Financial Acumen
Knowledge of statutory norms for storage of raw materials
5S and Material Management Tools and Techniques
Analytical Skills
Open to travel
Total Work Experience: Minimum 8 years
