Job Description:Overview:The selected candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, test case development, execution, and reporting.Scope of Work: * Requirement Analysis & Use Case Gathering
Engage with stakeholders (developers and users) to understand system workflows.
Document detailed use cases and functional specifications.
Write detailed, clear, and reusable test cases based on gathered requirements and use cases.
Review and validate test cases with stakeholders.
Test Execution
Perform manual testing on the back-office systems.
Execute test cases, record results, and document defects/issues.
Reporting & Communication
Provide daily summaries of testing activities, including test case execution status, defects identified, and issues faced.
Conduct regular status meetings with the project team.
Defect Tracking & Follow-up
Log defects in tracking tools.
Retest fixed issues and update defect status.
Qualifications & Experience:
At least 3 years of direct experience.
Proven experience in testing financial back-office systems.
Strong Business Analyst and Tester skills.
Familiarity with financial processes and systems.
Proven track record of successfully delivering similar testing projects within scope and timeline.
Good communication in English
