Senior Property Management Manager (Sales & Marketing)

• Overseeing marketing and leasing activities for development projects.
• Collaborating with marketing agencies to align communication materials with project vision for both ATL and BTL channels.
• Working with real estate agents to present leasing opportunities to potential customers.
• Ensuring fair and beneficial commercial terms for prospective customers.
• Supervising graphic designers to ensure artwork aligns with brand guidelines and project concepts.
• Developing marketing presentations for stakeholders and assisting in preparing ExCom and BOD presentations.
• Supervising marketing and leasing activities to stay within budget.
• Conducting market research on competitors and trends.
• Managing Digital Marketing on website and social media platforms with online marketing agencies.
• Coordinating project events with organizers and affiliates within the group.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in professional real estate sales, marketing, leasing, and management, with a particular emphasis on commercial and residential properties.
• Have a solid understanding of commercial and residential building management.
• Proficient in using SAP.
• Demonstrate strong planning and leadership abilities to manage a remote team.
• Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a good command of spoken and written English.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
