- You will promote sustainable merchant growth strategies to maximize GMV, revenue, and operational performance
- You will manage portfolio optimization, merchant selection frameworks, and category management to expand market reach
- You will lead cross-functional projects and strategic partnerships to accelerate merchant success and deliver OKRs
- You will use advanced analytics and business modeling to create insights and inform strategy
- You will translate complex data into compelling narratives that create team member agreement and resource optimization
- You will partner across regional teams, departments, and external partners to build integrated business solutions
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in E-commerce, strategy, commercials or business development
- You can throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached
- Passionate and able to excel in a fast-paced team environment, while being deliver tasks.
- You can invent structural thinking framework and simplify into relevant action plans
- You have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, basic SQL is a plus
