Work closely with production manager and leaders in other departments to plan and achieve the operation target
Review the production forecast and manage manpower efficiency
Responsible for daily production operation to ensure that everything runs smoothly
Monitor production's quality and delivery on time with minimal material loss
Ensure production is always in high standard and food safety in accordance with the law
Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machines as planned
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve production problems that may occur
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Engineer, Science, or related fields
Solid experience in production and manpower management with strong leadership skill.
Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing
A hand-on, can-do attitude, proactive, and ability to work under high pressure
Good in Thai and English communication skills
