2.To analyze problem root causes problems and develop automation tasks, process reports to monitor routine work
3.Control the technician to close order within SLA and control quality of installation and maintenances for reducing fault.
4.Correction and control Maintenances issues and find out solution for support technique maintenances team onsite.
5.Incident & Service Support, monitoring abnormal trend or high MA ticket for escalation issue to related team
6.Follow up and feedback Activity Performance Report to the owner and managementQualifications1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Communications Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
2.Experince 3-5 years experience on FTTx Broadband Internet, Telecommunication system, IT Networking
3.Knowledge in Data Analysis & data visualization
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5.Experience with Tableau , PowerBI
6.Experience in Service Management, Project Management skills
