As part of their continued expansion, they are investing heavily in advanced manufacturing capabilities to serve the fast-growing semiconductor market.The RoleWe are seeking an accomplished Plant Manager to oversee operations at a state-of-the-art facility in Thailand. This position requires a proven leader with deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, capable of driving operational excellence, ensuring product quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.Maintain compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies.Work closely with the senior leadership team to align manufacturing capabilities with global business objectives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and process optimisation.Key RequirementsExtensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing within a senior operational leadership role.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain management.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-precision production environment.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills.Fluency in English; Mandarin language skills an advantage.RemunerationSalary: Highly competitive, commensurate with experience.Benefits: Comprehensive package including performance-related incentives, healthcare, housing support, and relocation assistance if required.Application ProcessTGRC is acting as the exclusive recruitment partner for this position.
