This role is responsible for driving digital channel performance, improving digital touchpoints, and enabling customer acquisition through digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
Lead and manage UOBT’s digital channels, including the public website and other online platforms. Identify opportunities to grow business through digital spaces. * Digital Channel Strategy:Responsible for end-to-end strategy for digital channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Oversee planning, execution, and performance optimization. * Online Acquisition & Campaign Management for Wholesale banking:Develop and implement online acquisition strategies. Collaborate with digital agencies, data providers, and business units to execute campaigns that drive customer growth. * Performance Analytics & Optimization:Monitor and analyze digital channel performance using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience.Platform Management:
Oversee digital platforms supporting business units, including Web Content Management Systems (WCMS), Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) tools, form builders, and Adobe Analytics.Additional RequirementsDevelop (4 - Exceeds), Engage (4 - Exceeds), English, Execute (4 - Exceeds), Strategise (4 - Exceeds), University-Master - Marketing & Management, Work Experience Level for GTO CWFBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
