Collaborate closely with Owner's data center stakeholders and internal/external partners (e.g., DCS, DCops, DES, AE, GC) to ensure high-quality and complete documentation deliverables.
Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and follow-ups to drive documentation progress and ensure alignment with the latest Project Manual and Document Closeout Manual.
Administer the Owner's EDM system, including document imports, updates, access control, library organization, and reporting.
Ensure proper document versioning, availability, and traceability throughout the project.
Support the distribution and sharing of documentation with relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely access and clarity of information.
Implement and monitor change management processes to minimize data inaccuracies.
Audit documentation during design and construction phases and review final contractor submissions for completeness and compliance.
Identify opportunities for improving documentation workflows and contribute to the development of enhanced processes and standards.
Act as a liaison for the Owner's Document Control Coordinator to support the document closeout process.
Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely and complete closeout of all required documentation.

10 years' minimum experience in plant maintenance or construction in the Oil and Gas Industry
Experience in Data Center projects will be considered an advantage
