- Act as a backup for the Helpdesk and provide on-site L1 support to end users.
- Provide exceptional technical support to VIP users.
- Monitor and maintain IT security compliance based on Security Tower and Massaudit reports.
- Manage and control user accounts across Active Directory (AD), Exchange email, and Azure.
- Compile and submit monthly reports on IT security and CMCB deployment status.

- Deliver IT training to end users on various software and hardware applications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to computers, software, printers, and mobile devices.

- Perform hardware setup/maintenance, software installation, and mobile device management using MDM (Ivanti).
- Monitor and verify USS tickets, ensuring timely resolution according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Participate actively as a team member in IT service projects.
- Provide on-call support during meetings, events, and conference calls.
- Maintain and support conference systems in meeting rooms.
- Collaborate with L2 and L3 support for escalated technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 products.
- Supervise third-party vendors performing maintenance and renovations of office IT facilities.
- Implement and maintain IT security protocols, ensuring 100% patch updates within your area of responsibility.
- Continuously stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies. / • Develop and document IT procedures and processes. •
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar regional IT onsite capacity.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, encompassing hardware, software, and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proven experience with IT service desk tools and remote support technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Project management skills with a focus on organization and prioritization.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good in English and the ability to communicate effectively in the local language of the assigned SEA country.
