• Implement effective employer branding strategies and oversee execution of action plans
• Design and run employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Create and manage content across various platforms (website, social media, internal channels)
• Execute activities to support employee engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, PR, Marketing) and external agencies
• Monitor, analyze, and report branding visibility and campaign performance

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, HR, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employer branding
• Deep understanding of branding strategies
• Creative with strong content creation and communication skills
• Skilled in video shooting and editing for both online and internal communications
• Proficient in social media
