- Lead end-to-end plant operations across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse to ensure smooth daily execution.
- Drive productivity and efficiency improvements by optimising manpower, line performance, and overall plant capacity.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC) and lead internal/external audits.
- Manage engineering and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement.
- Control plant budget and cost performance including utilities, waste reduction, and operational expenses.
- Develop and lead the plant team by coaching managers/supervisors, strengthening capability, and building a strong safety culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in end-to-end plant operations within food manufacturing
- Strong expertise across Production, Engineering, and Quality functions with full-site operational ownership
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence, productivity improvement, and cost optimization
- Strong commercial mindset and business acumen, with the ability to align operations with business goals
- Highly adaptable and resilient in dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environments
- Good command of English with effective communication across cross-functional and international stakeholders
