Establish an appropriate system to launch the new and modified product into the mass production stage
Follow up status of all new and modified products, processes, equipment, and material until it is approved as per required standard
Initiate Engineering Qualification Plan of new and modified products, processes, equipment, and material.
Monitor and improve production yield and process capability
Investigate and define the cause of problem detected in production process and take proper corrective and preventive action to eliminate that problem
Maintain the system for engineering drawing and engineering change
Generate data/reports to concerned parties as required
Establish and maintain process standard time
Support department quality objective and target
Take responsibility for any duty assigned by Engineering Manager or supervisor according to legal requirement
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Support all company's activities in respect with ISO9000, ISO14001 and other activities which are
required for improving company profit and reputation.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ME / IE / EE / MFG Engineer).
Technical Competence & Skills:
Good to use PC, Microsoft Office, and/or other engineering software is a plus.
Good Knowledge of Project Management.
Knowledge of Statistical/FMEA/Quality Basic tools
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Leadership Competence:
Strong leadership with high responsibilities and able to work under pressure.
Strong in problem-solving, decision making and analytical skills, Team player.
Excellent interpersonal and team skill
Initiative thinking.
Ability to work independently with high enthusiastic.
Active, cooperate, creative, initiative
Relevant Experience:
Experience in Electronic or HDD field
Engineering background with capability of process control and Industrial Engineering
Others:
Good command of spoken and written English
Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, or other quality standards.
