- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's or higher in any field
- Experience in regulatory compliance within a chemical trading company or manufacturing company
- Experience in trade operations (import/export procedures)
- Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience in government applications and license/permit acquisition
- Practical experience in companies handling chemicals, resins, or electronic materials
- Good command in English
- Coordinate with government agencies for acquisition, renewal, and management of licenses including chemicals, import permits, and special materials, and handle applications and negotiations with authorities such as the FDA, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Commerce, military-related authorities, and TISI
- Manage regulatory compliance for products and raw materials, including SDS, MSDS, COA, technical documents, certificates, transport and storage regulations for hazardous materials, and required documentation for business partners
- Research and verify import and export regulations for new and existing products, including semiconductor and electronic materials, dual-use items, HS code classification, and international standards for aviation and industrial materials
- Handle environmental and product compliance requirements such as RoHS, REACH, Halal certification, FDA certification, and other applicable certification systems, while monitoring legal updates and sharing regulatory changes internally
- Conduct regulatory checks prior to order processing and new product handling, prepare and submit compliance documents to customers, and coordinate technical and regulatory information with overseas suppliers in English or Japanese
- Support Sales 1 section in managing regulatory requirements related to resin, phenolic resin, and materials for watches, home appliances, and automotive parts, including confirmation of chemical regulations and organization of quality documents for OEM and Tier 1 customers
- Support Sales 2 section in managing a broad range of products including ceramics, semiconductor materials, chemicals, industrial and aviation materials, and metals, ensuring compliance with export controls and hazardous chemical regulations
- Integrate and centralize regulatory information across all product categories, act as the company's primary liaison with government agencies, respond to internal and external regulatory inquiries, conduct internal compliance training, and prioritize certification processes according to product requirements
