The role entails reporting directly to the country director and requires a trade marketer with exceptional leadership skills.What you'll do:The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing product category strategies and translating them into practical plans and initiatives to achieve established goals. This position will work with Sales, Marketing, and Distributor teams to create category action plans that align with desired outcomes and objectives, while ensuring timely execution. Create marketing strategies and implement local promotional activities aligned with brand strategy for each product category
Coordinate and execute regional activities and promotions based on the marketing calendar
Foster and maintain partnerships with local companies to enhance brand presence
Develop and implement tailored trade activities for key accounts
Monitor and manage the budget for Free Goods Allowance (FGA), Advertising and Promotions (A&P), and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) in the country, and provide reports and reconciliations
Take charge of launching new products, reformulations, restages, and other product-related initiatives
Oversee the registration process for the Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) and handle other activities related to FDA compliance
