Your TasksThe Assistant Import Distribution Planning (IDP) Manager ensures a proper demand submission into the supplying region and ensures the accurate supply planning into his home region. He/she is the interface between the Network & Inventory Planner from the sourcing region and the Demand Planners of the receiving region.
Their main responsibility is to balance demand & supply of the respective planning assortment. He/she creates a feasible supply plan, which ensures product availability while keeping inventory and cost low.
  • Demand Requirements Planning and Deployment
  • Alert / Conflict Management
  • Inventory & Safety Stock Planning
  • Master Data maintenance of selected planning master data
  • Enabling proper Launch / Relaunch planning process and triggers leftover management process
  • Drives continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the planning process
  • Internal processes including out of stock projection and reporting
  • Capable of understanding and executing Hybrid Continuous Replenishment Planning and doing the communication with Production Centers and Hubs
Your Profile
  • Minimum University or equivalent degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply planning; knowledge of production planning is a plus.
  • Strong team player with experience in diverse cultural settings.
  • Results-oriented with assertiveness and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and moderation abilities.
  • Proven analytical skills with a focus on end-to-end and commercial thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Business Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
