Senior Production Engineer

• Lead and manage production operations including planning, scheduling, quality control, maintenance, tooling, and facility support to achieve KPIs such as OEE, productivity, and global quality.
• Drive problem-solving activities, process improvement initiatives, and develop/maintain SOPs, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Oversee audits (Internal, External, Customer, Supplier) and ensure compliance with IATF16949, QMS, EMS, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
• Manage new machinery/process installations, heat treatment process control (CQI-9), TPM, 5S, and technical investigations related to quality or production issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives for quality, cost, delivery, and training/investment plans while supporting assignments from the Asia Managing Director

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field, with 5-7 years relevant production experience in metal, molding, stamping, or electronics manufacturing.
• Minimum 3-5 years at a managerial level, with strong knowledge of spring production, wire forming, equipment, and direct experience in mold making (die casting, plastic injection).
• Solid understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, IATF16949 processes, and experience with ERP systems and production planning for high-mix/low-volume environments.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional teamwork, lean manufacturing knowledge, ability to work under pressure, flexibility for emergency weekend work, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Good command of English with a proactive, organized, positive, can-do attitude and experience working in multinational organizations
