• Manage overall operations of all stores under the Thailand corporation
• Own P&L accountability - track revenue, control costs, and report performance to HQ
• Support new store openings, lease renewals, and store closures
• Recruit, train, and lead store managers and frontline staff
• Develop and execute local marketing and promotional strategies
• Serve as the primary liaison between the local team and HQ
• Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and brand standards

• 10+ years of experience, with a background in multi-location management (F&B chains, retail franchise, hospitality, or similar service industries preferred)
• Proven experience managing P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams
• Business-level Korean or English
• Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable operating with autonomy

• Experience in kids/family entertainment, indoor playground, or experience-based retail
• Prior experience working with a Korean company or brand
