รายละเอียด ● You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the entertainment programme to enhance the best guest experience at Cabanas Beach Club in Koh Samui.
● Your primary objective will be to develop and execute an entertainment strategy that aligns with the company's vision and objectives while ensuring the delivery of high-quality entertainment experiences to customers. You will lead a team of professionals and work collaboratively with various stakeholders, partnerships to drive creativity, innovation, and success in the entertainment programme.
● Develop a long-term entertainment strategy that supports the organization's objectives, taking into consideration market trends, customer preferences, and industry standards.
● Create the vision and activation of concepts, stakeholders to the high expectation of guests- Global citizens, media,foodies, social in-the-know IT crounds.
● Entertainment Programming and Execution: curate a diverse range of entertainment programs with themes around F&B, music, arts, wellness and sustainability. These programmes should include, but not limited to, live music, djs, performances, event partnerships, workshops and any other forms of entertainment, to cater to different target audiences. Your role is to ensure smooth execution according to timeline, seamless logistics and ultimately, the guest satisfaction.
● Team Management: Identify, recruit, and manage the sales & marketing team, ensuring a proactive plan to promote Cabanas Beach Club to new customers and capture returning customers as much as possible. Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
● Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage the entertainment department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective strategies. Monitor financial performance, revenue generation, and expenses while identifying opportunities to maximize profitability.
● Relationship Management: Collaborate with internal departments (such as F&B operations, Marasca Hotel and Brand Office) to align entertainment initiatives with broader organizational objectives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including vendors, talent agencies, and artists to secure contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure successful collaborations.
● Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of entertainment quality, production value, and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and measure the success of entertainment initiatives.
● Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to entertainment operations, such as licensing issues, safety concerns, copyright infringement, and regulatory compliance.
● Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new entertainment concepts. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
● Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports, metrics, and key performance indicators to senior management, highlighting the entertainment department's achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
