  • Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention as well as generating new business opportunities in accordance with bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all transactions are within the Bank’s credit limits and risk profile.
  • Manage clients’ credit lines including review of credit limit upward expansion/renewal on timely basis and ensuring appropriate collaterals are in place at all times.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as treasury, trade finance, foreign exchange, etc., to provide comprehensive services to customers.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and take necessary actions to recover debts according to the Bank’s policy.
  • Perform any related duties as assigned by superior.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain good relationship with existing customers to increase customer’s profitability and to achieve high level of customer’s satisfaction.
2. Generate new business opportunities through building up and expanding the customer base.
3. Provide customers with advice on financial planning and fund management.
4. Analyze customer’s needs and offer suitable solutions.
5. Propose and implement various marketing strategies to promote the Bank’s products and services.
6. Coordinate with other departments to arrange special campaigns or promotions for specific groups of customers.
7. Identify customers’ requirements and expectations and provide prompt responses to meet their demands.
8. Support sales activities of other teams, i.e. investment advisory service team, insurance brokerage team, etc.
9. Maintain customers’ records and prepare reports for management.
10. Perform any related duties as assigned by superior.Job Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or any related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in commercial banking, preferably in corporate banking or wholesale banking.
3. Good communication skills both written and verbal in English and Thai.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain long-term relationship with clients.
5. Self-motivated, confident, honest and integrity.
6. Result oriented with good leadership skill.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Experience in using computer software applications, especially MS Excel.
