- Premium Guest Experience & Upselling • Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience (e.g., premium caddie services, golf clinics with pros, spa treatments, or exclusive dining). • Proactively upsell premium services such as: 。 Private golf lessons with PGA professionals 。 VIP golf packages (e.g., weekend stay-and-play deals) 。 Exclusive clubhouse dining experiences (e.g., chef's table, wine pairings) 。 Membership upgrades and loyalty programs • Maximize revenue opportunities by identifying guest preferences and suggesting tailored add-ons.
- Membership & Loyalty Engagement • Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth members, anticipating their needs to drive repeat visits and referrals. • Promote membership upgrades, seasonal golf passes, and corporate golf memberships through consultative selling. • Design personalized offers (e.g., birthday golf packages, anniversary perks) to increase engagement.
- Operational & Sales Coordination • Collaborate with F&B, pro shop, and spa teams to create bundled offers (e.g., "Golf & Gourmet" packages). • Monitor guest spending patterns and suggest relevant upsell opportunities. • Assist in planning tournaments and corporate events, promoting premium sponsorship and hospitality packages.
- Communication & CRM Management • Master golf club CRM software to track guest preferences and sales opportunities. 。 Follow up with guests post-visit via personalized emails/calls to encourage repeat bookings. 。 Maintain a pipeline of potential leads for membership sales and premium services.
- Experience: 2+ years in luxury hospitality, sales, or golf club operations with a proven track record in upselling.
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify opportunities and close sales while maintaining a guest-first approach.
- Golf Knowledge: Understanding of golf services, terminology, and premium offerings.
- Language: Fluency in English & Thai (additional languages a plus).
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, POS systems, and booking platforms.
- Preferred : Experience in membership sales, F&B upselling, or luxury concierge services.
- Preferred : Background in high-end resorts, private clubs, or golf tourism.
