You will support our Science Department by preparing materials and equipment for lessons and assisting teachers in class. This is a dual role requiring lab and classroom support.Science Technician Responsibilities
- Prepare chemicals, materials, and equipment
- Set up and clear away practicals safely
- Maintain equipment and safety standards
- Organize resources and lab spaces
- Support science events and projectsTeaching Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist teachers during lessons
- Support student learning and safety in labs
- Help students understand scientific concepts
- Support students with additional needs
- Encourage positive classroom behavior
- Participate in professional development activitiesWho We Are Looking For
- Degree or training in science or lab technology
- Experience in a lab or educational setting is preferred
- Knowledge of lab safety and maintenance
