- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
- Following up on complicated customer calls where required.
- Working Hours: 5 days/week, work in shifts (9 hours/day)
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Good English Communication skills.
- New graduates and inexperienced people are welcome.
- Experience in a Call Center or Customer Service is an advantage.
- Able to work in shifts, including night hours.
