  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
  • Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
  • Following up on complicated customer calls where required.
  • Working Hours: 5 days/week, work in shifts (9 hours/day)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Good English Communication skills.
  • New graduates and inexperienced people are welcome.
  • Experience in a Call Center or Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Able to work in shifts, including night hours.
