Drive new business growth and retain existing customers, focusing on plastic pallet solutions and expansion into new sectors and markets.Responsibilities:Support sales strategy and promote new productsBuild customer relationships and industry networksLead onboarding, contract management, and customer trainingMonitor pallet usage, forecast demand, and ensure accurate invoicingCollaborate with Customer Service and Operations for service excellenceTrack collections and resolve disputesPrepare regular sales reports and achieve individual targetsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher7+ years in sales, 3+ years in managementExperience in FMCG or supply chain industriesStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsFluent in English & Chinese (spoken and written)
