-To supervise the production process flow and control plan preparation.
-Train operator about production process/machine, improve and related standard.
-Ability to install machines, renovate machine, improve efficiency for new model.
-To assist for managing projects using engineering principles and technique.
-Analysis working standard and actual time operation.
-To create documents support new product PPAP, FMEA and etc.
-Manage team performance and allocate works.
-Compliance with ISO requirement for quality, safety and environment control as the company system.
-Other tasks following supervisor's assignment or company policy【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 30-40 years old.
-Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
-Production experience at least 5 years in Manufacturing field.
-Experience in new model is preferable.
-Good command in English speaking,writing,reading.【Allowance & Benefit】
