Operation Engineer

• Daily lot assembly out plan from EOL area.
• Plan and allocate Equipment for support weekly loading and requirement from support team.
• Manage production output and cycle time as the plan with an appropriate resource for EOL area.
• Coordinator with Unit Process Engineering and Equipment Engineering team to fix issue in production line.
• Coordinator with FI/IT team for new system implement in production line.
• Sustaining and improving quality and productivity for EOL area.
• Ensures staff discipline under company regulations and procedures.
• Conform standard work flow for production operators and technicians.
• Manage 5S, Green line activity, YIP and Safety activities according to company rules and regulations.
• Development training skill of his/ her direct report conform to company plan.
• Support cost saving such as overtime management, and DM/IDM usage to align with volume loading.
• Support and perform duties as indicated in the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety.
• Management Systems (OHSAS 18001/ISO45001) specification and requirements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineer or Industrial Management with preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing in a factory will be an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office Program such as Power Point, Excel ,Word.
• Understand the production control principles and work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking, Improvement or problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people.
• Proactive, hardworking, energetic, service mind, friendly, positive thinking and fast learner.
• Good leadership, high self-motivation and problem solving skills.
