Job Responsibilities
- Control the assigned production to meet the set goals - Make a plan to improve production in terms of increasing productivity and reducing problems in the process - Control employees to strictly follow the work procedures and quality requirements - Check the daily production report summary - Check and maintain the work area to be clean at all times - Check and control the counting of stock in the production line - Check and control the use of consumables in production - Check and control the implementation of 6S within the line - Create a training plan for new employees - Support audits from customers from the IATF, ISO 14001, and GMSA systems - Manage and control the use of chemicals within the department - Assess environmental issues - Assess environmental risks and opportunities - Assess quality risks and opportunities - Present topics for improving production, quality, safety & 6S - Other tasks assigned. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบในงาน -ควบคุมการผลิตที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด -วางแผนปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต ทั้งในด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและลดปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการ -ควบคุมพนักงานให้ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการทำงานและข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพอย่างเคร่งครัด -ตรวจสอบและสรุปรายงานการผลิตประจำวัน -ตรวจสอบและรักษาความสะอาดของพื้นที่ทำงานให้เรียบร้อยอยู่เสมอ -ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการนับสต็อกในสายการผลิต -ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการใช้งานวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองในการผลิต -ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการดำเนินงานตามระบบ 6S ภายในสายการผลิต -จัดทำแผนฝึกอบรมสำหรับพนักงานใหม่ -สนับสนุนการตรวจประเมินจากลูกค้า ตามระบบ IATF, ISO 14001 และ GMSA -บริหารจัดการและควบคุมการใช้สารเคมีภายในแผนก -ประเมินปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม -ประเมินความเสี่ยงและโอกาสด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม -ประเมินความเสี่ยงและโอกาสด้านคุณภาพ -นำเสนอหัวข้อการปรับปรุงในด้านการผลิต คุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และ 6S -ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Materials, or related field. - At least 1 year of work experience as a Production Engineer in the Automotive industry. - Have experience working in a production line. - Must have working experience of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, GMSA - Conversational daily - middle level of English. (E-mail and document) - Able to use MS Office. ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น -วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วัสดุศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง -มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่งวิศวกรการผลิต (Production Engineer) ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี -มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในสายการผลิต -มีประสบการณ์ทำงานตามมาตรฐาน IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 และ GMSA -สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนาประจำวันถึงระดับกลาง (โดยเฉพาะการใช้อีเมลและเอกสาร) -สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้
