- Proactively explore the new supplier data base, supplier evaluation, supplier audit and performance follow up per company standards.
- Manage the sourcing activities and projects using the standard certification, evaluation risk, strategic supplier, Sourcing Enterprise processes and NPI processes to ensure all supply chain values are met.
- Comply with company standard purchasing process to ensure obtain best TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
- Communicate with the team in all Asia based projects progress to resolve issues and barriers and accelerate the process.
- Take ownership of the supplier relationships for the assigned supply base and actively manage the related projects.
- Recommend sourcing activities to support the commodity strategy.
- Liaison with suppliers to provide low-cost sourcing parts and components.
- Coordinate agreements at the regional level by leading contract negotiations and establishing General Terms of Contracts for relevant projects.
- Build up relevant procedures and communicate with stakeholders for implementation from opportunity identification through successful project handover.
- Coordinate synergies across the GPO team in Oveasea
- Organize supplier panel for the relevant suppliers sourced in APAC to drive continuous improvement
- Provide monthly report to the leadership team for review.
- Participate in related Budget and Re-establish process when necessary.
- Participate in global meetings and conference calls, coordinate global or regional supply Chain programs.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree or above; preferably in Science and Technology or related fields.
- 5-10 years of experience on strategy sourcing.
- Progressive purchasing sourcing in process equipment industry or assigned commodities.
- Solid functional experience in procurement/supply chain management, manufacturing operation.
- Knowledge in foodservice/ process equipment or relevant industry will be a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Develop sourcing strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
- Supplier, QC/QA, logistics and program management experience a plus.
