รายละเอียด Job Scope:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online bookings and revenue growth through various online travel agencies (OTAs) and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and optimize OTA listings, including content creation, pricing, promotions, and availability to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Oversee website development and maintenance, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Monitor website performance and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase organic traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Create and execute social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence, engage with customers, and drive traffic to the hotel's website and booking platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute online advertising campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, and remarketing efforts.
- Manage and analyze digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering measurable return on investment (ROI).
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and generate regular reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and industry regulations in all digital marketing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years or more of relevant experience in a similar digital marketing role within the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Proven experience working with different OTAs and driving successful partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of website development, SEO best practices, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset and ability to think strategically while also paying attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
