- Responsible for understanding project brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces
- Work with the product team to seek deeper appreciation of our problem/goals through usability tests
- Develop understanding of the end users of the web application or mobile application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data)
- Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios
- Prepare prototypes of site/features, storyboards, wireframes, and user flows for internal review and brainstormingRequired Skills:
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, and CSS).Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), UX/UI Design, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of work experience as a UX/UI designer.
- Proven UX/UI experience with a focus on mobile and web applications.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android application development is a plus.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Strong understanding of user-center design principles and an eye for details.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Benefits:
