Job Responsibilities
- Proofread printed media and submit to related units to check before publishing - Develop and produce digital content, including social media posts, short videos, reels, stories, product photos, and campaign assets. - Keep up to date with current marketing trends to improve the performance of the team - Work experience from an Advertising /Digital Agency/ Brand Marketing is preferable - Responsible for creating visual materials that enhance brand presence in retail environments. This role supports Visual Merchandising Design (VMD) by producing graphics for in-store displays, POS materials, product launches, retail campaigns, and seasonal promotions. - The designer ensures all visual executions are consistent with the brand identity and optimized for the customer shopping experience. - Other assigned task by the ManagerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in graphic arts, design, or related fields - At least 1 year of responsible experience in the related field - English conversation, middle level (Communication with Japanese MD and report) - Understanding of marketing, advertisements, and multimedia design - Skillful with design software and technologies (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) - Able to handle multiple projects and deliver work on time - Have a passion for beauty and the cosmetic field - A portfolio is highly appreciated.
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Experience in VMD or store branding is a plus. - Experience in doing E-commerce marketing in the cosmetic industry
