Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing promotion strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of marketing professionals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in marketing promotion and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.
