- Proactively acquire new HNW and UHNW clients through referrals, networking, and targeted prospecting activities within the branch's catchment area.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of affluent clients, deepening relationships through regular engagement, financial reviews, and understanding evolving needs.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients, identifying opportunities for wealth management products and services including investments, insurance, loans, and other banking solutions.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of wealth management products, ensuring suitability and aligning recommendations with client risk profiles and financial goals.
- Collaborate with product specialists (e.g., investment advisors, insurance specialists) to deliver integrated and holistic financial solutions.
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets for deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and other cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure all sales and client servicing activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Participate in branch initiatives and events aimed at client acquisition and engagement.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the wealth management sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically dealing with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products, including investment instruments (e.g., mutual funds, bonds, equities), insurance, and credit products.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with sophisticated clients.
- Client-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant financial certifications (e.g., investment advisor license, insurance license) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is required.
