- Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute offline marketing events, such as trade shows, seminars, and workshops. This includes venue selection, vendor management, and coordination of logistics.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes. Manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of event and partnership goals with overall business objectives.
- Manage the inventory of event supplies and promotional materials.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team. This includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related area.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings, as required by events.
