- Product Expertise & Support Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products. Provide detailed product knowledge-technical features, benefits, and use cases-to internal teams, customers, and partners. Keep product information updated, including new features, enhancements, and competitive insights.
- Sales Enablement Support the sales team by participating in customer meetings and presenting product solutions. Prepare sales materials such as product presentations, brochures, data sheets, and FAQs. Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and requirements.
- Product Testing & Quality Feedback Conduct product testing and validation before launches or when new features are introduced. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and sales teams to improve products. Collaborate with R&D, engineering, or suppliers to address product issues and enhancements.
- Market & Competitor Analysis Track market trends, customer behavior, and competitor product offerings. Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. Prepare product comparison reports and market intelligence summaries.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing Deliver product training sessions for the sales team and internal departments. Conduct workshops, demos, or training sessions for customers and business partners. Maintain updated product documentation and knowledge base content.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Specialist, Product Marketing, Pre-sales, or similar roles (experience level can be adjusted).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
