It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.Job Description
Machine repair / troubleshooting to support production 24/7.
Cause analysis and countermeasure implementation at shopfloor.
Perform preventive maintenance and TPM as plan. Preventive maintenance improvement.
Trouble shotting machine with programming knowledge of PLCs (Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Rexroth).
Support machine electrical safety release in manufacturing area.
Daily report and breakdown analysis report. Creating WI & OJT for maintenance job.
QualificationsEducational Background:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical & electrical engineering or related field
Qualifications:
Basic English level
At least 2 years' experience in maintenance job of automotive industry
Diploma at least 4 years' experience in electrical power field
Engineer at least 2 years' experience in electrical power field
Good Attitude
Able to work under high pressure
Deliver full spectrum of Maintenance services to shopfloor operations
Problem solving skill
Technical knowledge & skill in maintenance job
Knowledge & skill in Preventive maintenance and TPM
Teamwork and service mind
Teamwork and coordination with other departments
Basic computer skill
