- Be responsible for the design, development, implementation, oversight and periodical review of the company's compensation and benefits policies and programs
- Develop and/or participate in compensation/benefit surveys and conduct analysis of market trends to ensure the company's effective and competitive compensation and benefits programs and relevant to business needs
- Perform data and information analysis leading to business decisions or recommendations
- Explore and introduce new compensation and benefits programs and vendors including cost analysis
- Manage vendors, program renewal and enrollment
- Enhance and implement strategy to facilitate ongoing communication of compensation and benefits plans/information to employees
- Coordinate and work closely with the recreation committee to drive and a deliver holistic wellness program

- Compensation and benefits experience, Thailand practice and legislation
- Payroll and benefits system/software
- Extensive knowledge of employee's holistic wellness program
