1. Daily Operations
Supervise and allocate daily tasks to warehouse staff to meet production and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Material Control, Planning, and Purchasing teams to ensure timely and accurate goods receiving.
Monitor material quality and manage inbound/outbound processes effectively.
Maintain organized storage areas in compliance with 5S principles and ensure proper labeling.
Execute tasks as assigned by management.
2. Inventory & Process Management
Plan and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts to ensure system accuracy.
Guide and support warehouse staff to enhance operational performance.
Collaborate with relevant departments to manage damaged or obsolete materials.
3. Team Development & Safety
Provide regular training to staff on warehouse operations and safety protocols.
Monitor attendance and evaluate staff performance.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
4. Equipment Oversight
Inspect warehouse equipment and report any issues.
Ensure proper and safe usage of all warehouse tools and machinery.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing warehouse operations.
Strong planning and organizational design skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with SAP, WMS, and PDA systems; experience in warehouse system implementation is a plus.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic computer applications.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Good command of Chinese; English proficiency is an advantage.
