Team Structure: 3 teams:
1) Online Team (10 members with 1-3 direct subordinates) 2) Offline Team (12 members with 1 direct subordinate) 3) Repair Service Center Team (4 members with 1 direct subordinate)
Reporting Line: 1 Chairman (Thai) & 2 Directors (Thai)Business Development Scope:
- Negotiate with partners and expand business collaborationsKey Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving overall sales targets
- Develop marketing strategies and define product positioning and messaging.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Manage e-commerce platforms and drive sales to achieve targets.
- Plan promotions, campaigns, and oversee product listings and content in collaboration with the team.
- Negotiate with partners and explore new business opportunities.
- Plan sales targets with the Sales team (sale-in / sale-out) and support retail operations (e.g., store display, promotions, and sales activities).
- Plan and coordinate with retail/store and service center teams to drive sales performance.
- Organize and manage offline activities and events.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and campaign results, and provide strategic recommendation.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- More than 5 years of working experience as sales in electronics trading business.
- At least 3 years of management experience,
- Proven track record in driving sales performance and managing teams
- Experienced in online sales, with a solid understanding of pricing strategies, promotions, and data analysis.
- Basic/Lower intermediate level of English.
- Able to work on every Saturdays.
