Senior FP&A Manager (FMCG)

• Drive strategic financial impact across SEA region
• Lead FP&A and commercial analytics with autonomy

• Oversee monthly financial performance reviews and deliver clear commentary on variances.
• Build and communicate executive-ready dashboards and reporting packages.
• Coordinate planning cycles, ensuring timely and aligned budget and forecast submissions.
• Produce in-depth margin analyses across customers, products, and business segments.
• Assess pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and customer-level profitability.
• Support commercial proposals, new product evaluations, and cost-to-serve assessments.
• Analyze strategic initiatives, expansion opportunities, and investment choices.
• Partner closely with commercial, marketing, supply chain, and R&D teams to guide decision-making.
• Convert financial trends into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Highlight potential risks and growth levers through proactive financial review.
• Coach and develop a junior analyst, cultivating strong analytical capability within the team.
• Enhance reporting processes, promoting automation, visualization, and efficiency.
• Strengthen data governance and upgrade planning tools for improved scenarios and insights.

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Around 6-8 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Track record of managing end-to-end FP&A cycles and delivering commercial insight.
• Exceptional analytical capability and a hands-on working style.
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to BI tools is advantageous.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to challenge and collaborate across functions.
• Self-driven professional capable of handling multiple workstreams simultaneously.
