- Lead end-to-end pre-sales cycles, including:
- discovery workshops
- executive discussions
- solution positioning
- Analyze customer business requirements
- Design high-level solution architectures aligned with SAP Best Practices
- Lead Fit-to-Standard and value discovery workshops with customer stakeholders
- Design and deliver structured solution demonstrations and business scenario walkthroughs aligned with customer priorities
- Articulate clear business value propositions and ROI-driven outcomes to business and executive audiences
- Shape and influence deal strategy in collaboration with Sales, including competitive positioning and differentiation
- Lead technical and functional responses for:
- proposals
- RFPs
- solution presentations
- Support commercial discussions, solution scoping, and pricing alignment
- Ensure scope clarity, solution feasibility, and risk alignment before transition to delivery teams
- Contribute to proposal strategy and solution storytelling for strategic opportunities
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of pre-sales capabilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines
- 7-10+ years of ERP consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales experience
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA Cloud
- Strong understanding of integrated enterprise business processes, including:
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Sales
- Procurement
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Ability to connect ERP capabilities to measurable business outcomes
- Solid understanding of Cloud ERP, SaaS architecture, and enterprise solution design
- Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic customer engagements
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and leading customer-facing solution discussions
- Strong consultative communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within SAP consulting firms or SAP partner environments
- SAP certification
- Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
- Industry specialization in Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Professional Services, etc.
- Experience in digital transformation or cloud migration programs
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
- Familiarity with Fit-to-Standard implementation approach
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country ERP implementations
- Exposure to integration scenarios such as APIs, middleware, or third-party integrations
- Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform ecosystem and extensibility concepts
- Strategic and commercially driven mindset
