CEO Position Specification/ CEO Search Brief (Relocation to Philippines)

• Define and execute company strategy aligned with telecom operations, network deployment, and digital infrastructure growth

• Translate Board and shareholder objectives into clear operational and financial plans

• Build and lead a high-performing executive team across operations, engineering, finance, and commercial functions

• Establish strong governance, reporting structures, and internal controls

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders including telecom operators, infrastructure companies, and global partners

• Lead business development initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion

• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and client retention

• Ensure long-term profitability and strong client satisfaction

• Full P&L ownership including financial performance, cost control, and cash flow management

• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction

• Experience working with telecom ecosystem stakeholders such as operators, infrastructure providers, or OEM partners is highly preferred

• Ability to lead complex, multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment
