Our differences are what fuel our creativity.What will you do?The Engineering Technician is responsible for on-site supervision and Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) inspection to ensure contractors execute the work in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, approved method statements, relevant codes and standards, and project timelines.This role supports fast-track project delivery and ensures technical compliance across Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines.We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart.   • Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work progress and quality compliance.
  • Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, Material, specifications, and method statements.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors, and Owner’s Representatives to resolve site issues promptly.
  • Review and verify material submittals, shop drawings, and inspection requests.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
  • Support installation, witness testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai construction and safety regulations.
  • Monitor site safety practices and report non-conformities.
  • Ensure that all work carried out meets company’s quality standards and requirements
  • Support Project Manager and Engineers
  • Inspection of defect work and records
  • Final inspection with Owner to closeout punch list and area readiness
Discipline-Specific Responsibilities (Electrical)
  • Inspect installation of electrical and communication systems including power distribution, MDB/DB panels, ECMS, fire alarm, public address, security, lightning protection, grounding systems etc.
  • Inspect the materials delivered and equipment on site (e.g., MDB, Busduct, cable, Generator) to ensure compliance with approved specifications
  • Support and witness for power energization, testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Coordinate M&E works sequencing with Civil, Structural, and Architectural works.

You will also need a relevant technical qualification, and chartered status would be preferable.
  • Vocational Certificate or Higher Vocational Certificate in Construction Technician / Electrical Power Technician or a related technical field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience as Technician/ Site Supervisor/ Inspector in construction sites (experience in Data Center, power plants, or large industrial facility projects would be advantage)
  • Strong understanding of Civil, M&E services, coordination sequencing, and fast‑track project execution.
  • Familiarity with Thai construction & safety regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
  • Engineering License (กว.): Not required
  • Willing and able to travel to provincial areas for on-site project assignments
  • Able to understand and review English language construction documents and technical manuals
