Project Buyer

• Handling the procurement for all electronic parts like SPS, PLC servo drives, relays, and security switches required to produce test systems and machines.
• Handling the procurement of mechanical parts like aluminium profiles, switching cabinets, and conveyors, required to produce test systems and machines.
• Requiring to produce test systems and machines.
• Handling stock management for standard parts like cables, buttons, screws.
• Investigating sub-suppliers for welding parts, switchboards, PLC boards, and conveyors and coordinating the projects.
• Creating project management planning according to supplier lead times.
• Sourcing of indirect products such as tools, equipment, and services.
• Performing other assignments as required by the superior.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in electronics or machine part procurement.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, electrical drawings and specifications, electronic materials, or individual machine manufacturing.
• Strong problem - solving, decision making and analytical skills.
• Able to multitask and evaluate products and vendors.
• Technical understanding.
• Male or Female.
• Accurate, structured, and independent way of working.
• A high degree of self-motivation and self-initiative.
• Willingness to travel within Thailand (supplier visits).
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Project planning software experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
