- Design, develop, and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities across the organization.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads and translate findings into strategic learning plans.
- Develop, maintain, and improve the Performance Management System (PMS), including KPIs setting, monitoring, and performance evaluation processes.
- Provide guidance to departments in setting SMART KPIs that align with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze employee performance data and provide reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, including surveys, focus groups, and internal communication campaigns.
- Plan and execute employee activities and programs to strengthen corporate culture and employee morale.
- Serve as an internal coach to promote continuous feedback and performance development culture.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are aligned with company values and expectations.
- Collaborate with external training vendors and consultants as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRD, L&D, or employee engagement
- Strong understanding of KPIs setting, performance management systems, and data analysis.
- Experience in designing and delivering training or development programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or PMS tools is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
