Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage validation processes to ensure production accuracy. - Handle calibration procedures for measuring instruments. - Conduct testing and analysis to verify process accuracy during production. - Plan and verify the performance of machinery and equipment. - Prepare reports and analytical summaries. - Inspect the quality of raw materials (e.g., animal feed), packaging, chemicals, finished products, and production processes. - Perform quality checks according to GMP, HACCP, and BRC standards. - Manage and maintain the accuracy and precision of measuring and testing instruments. - Conduct in-process and final product quality inspections in the laboratory. - Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Agro-Industry, Animal Science, or related fields. - At least 1 year of experience as QC, R&D in the Food/Beverage, Pet related product manufacturing industry - Hands-on experience in validation processes. - Conversational middle level of English (Internal verbal communication, Email, Document) - Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Background in laboratory work or feed/food production is an advantage. - Experience in R&D for pet food or pet treats is a strong plus - Experience in a Japanese company
