- Manage & review payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relations to ensure fairness and compliance (Payroll, Welfare & Employee Relations Management)
- Management of the employee performance evaluation and performance management systems
- Manage company training & development plan to align with Department of Skill Development (DSD) and company requirement
- Manage company activities and handle with labor union and relevant regulations (HR Law Management)
- Manage company facility and workplace management to ensure efficiency, safety, occupational health, and legal compliance
- Assist and support Top Management into any final consideration related with employee issue
- Manage the compliance of employees according to the Code of Conduct from headquarterREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in related field : Human Resources, Public Administration or General Management
- At least 15 years of HR / GA, from manufacturing is advantage. (at least 5 years as management which has proven record)
- Deep knowledge of Labor Law and related law (PDPA, Personal Income Tax, SSO, etc.)
- Required skill : presentation, negotiation, communication, multitask handle
- Good command in computer; Microsoft Excel (advance level), PowerPoint
- Good command in English (TOEIC score at least 600)
