Ensure appropriate reward strategies are implemented to attract, retain and motivate staffs as well as align with business strategy. Develop and implement new initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of the reward function and be accountable for managing all aspects of employee rewards including salary review process, bonus scheme, long service award, etc.Key ResponsibilitiesBank-wide Budget on Staff expenses and monitor actual spending on monthly basisWork closely with HRBP and Business Unit to prepare monthly forecast, yearly budget and provide analysis upon ad-hoc requestCoordinate with Central Finance team to ensure the alignment of management reports and analysis and provide monthly accrual related to staff expensesSupport External audit in Financial reports that related to HR Function and coordinate with vendor and Finance on Annual Actuarial ValuationPrepare Balance Substantiation on monthly basis to Local Finance to ensure correctness of outstanding Balance Sheet itemMonitors and analyzes business performance as well as addresses opportunity, risk and the financial impactQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
At least 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits role, preferably in financial institution.
Sound knowledge of compensation & benefits principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to details.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
Demonstrates high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
