Liaise with outsourced payroll to ensure end to end Monthly payroll including monthly deduction for provident fund, social security, personal income tax and yearly statutory engagementCompensation & Benefit:
Be a focal point to staff for company fringe benefits e.g. medical insurance plan
Support Talent Acquisition & Regional HR for local Mercer data
Take charge of compensation & benefit project, if requiredHRIS:
Keep information in HRIS up to date for remuneration and personal particular, including update reporting lines, if changes
Support HRIS for data cleansing/data correction/verificationOthers:
Educate staff for E-Leave module on how to apply leave
Liaise with E-Leave vendor for the criteria of leave setting
Work on medical claims. Train staff for medical claim module
Administer medical claim receipt and medical certificate when staff submit reimbursementYOUR PROFILE- At least 5 years' experience in payroll & compensation & benefit- Experience in HRIS- Data-driven
- Proficiency in Excel
